Really do not have time to write today, but did want to keep track of the three things that i added yesterday...

1.   "Ran across" this pianist while i was surfing today...all i can say is, "Wow...I want to be like her when I grow up"...
1/2C warm water
2 pkg. active dry yeast
1Tbsp sugar
1 3 1/2 oz. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
2 cups milk
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon salt
8 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup butter, melted
1+ cup sugar
1/4+ cup good quality cinnamon
Combine water, yeast, and sugar. Stir until dissolved. Set aside. Make pudding mix according to package directions. Add butter, eggs, salt. Add egg mixture to yeast mixture. Add flour gradually. Knead until smooth and elastic. Place in very large greased bowl. Cover. Let rise 1hr. Punch down. Let rise 45min. Roll out to 1/4" thick rectangles. Spread 1/2C melted butter over surface. Mix cinnamon and sugar together. Spread evenly over surface, leaving 1" margin along one of the long edges. Roll up tightly, starting from a long side. Press together along the edge not covered with cinnamon sugar. Slice. Place on greased baking pan 2" apart. Cover, Let rise overnight. Bake at 350 for 20min.
---Combine
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 cups powdered sugar
1 tablespoon milk
---Frost warm rolls with cream cheese frosting.
 
Karl's Homemade Pizza Dough
1 2/3C warm water
4tsp yeast
1tsp salt
2Tbsp olive oil
Flour
Mix yeast salt, olive oil into water. Mix in flour 1/2C at a time until dough shapes into a ball. Knead 10min. Divide into thirds. Shape into balls. Dust with flour. Cover. Let rise 30min.
